Public Service Announcements
The Toledo Area Humane Society and SolTerra Communications recently teamed up to produce a series of six Public Service Announcements (PSA’s). These cover topics from animal abuse and cruelty, to responsible pet care, to the importance of spaying/neutering pets. One of these six messages produced just received a prestigious ADDY® Award for excellence in advertising!
Producing TV PSA’s is not a task many humane organizations have the time or funding to accomplish. So in cooperation with the Toledo Area Humane Society and with the sincere goal of helping to spread the word on responsible animal care we are making all of these PSA’s available for an affordable cost to purchase ($300 each) by other non-profit animal shelters. The following will be provided for your organization with each purchased PSA:
• Your organization’s own, personally chosen message/information imprinted on each PSA purchased and PSA fully prepared for distribution to local TV stations.
• Exclusive rights to air your purchased PSA in your TV marketing area. No other chosen PSA will be sold by SolTerra to a shelter in your marketing area.
• One, Web-ready version of each PSA purchased that can be hosted on your organization’s web site or linked (free of charge), to a specially created page on SolTerra’s server.
• Three, DVD copies of each PSA purchased for use at your organization’s local events (more may be ordered).

We are proud to have produced these educational public service announcements and to be able to offer them for use by your shelter at this very low cost. We hope we can work with you in our common goal of educating the public about humane and responsible pet care plus bring the recognition of your organization’s efforts and needs to the public eye.
